Alpha Property Solutions, LLC., is a Private For-Profit Real Estate Investment Company.

Alpha Property Solutions was created to acquire, rehab/renovate, sell and lease, residential and commercial real estate.

Alpha Property Solutions was stated with two goals in mind, the goals of participating in the rebuilding of New Orleans, a great historical city, and providing structurally sound and affordable properties of great quality to the New Orleans and Phoenix Metropolitan Areas.

Sean Wooten

Sean Wooten, founder of Alpha Property Solutions, LLC, is a Private Real Estate Investor, investing in single and multi family properties in Phoenix and New Orleans Metropolitan Areas.

Sean began investing in real estate while enrolled in graduate school at the University of New Orleans in 1996 where he majored in Physics. Sean acquired his first real estate investment property through the Orleans Parrish Blighted Housing Program. The property was located in the quiet neighborhood of the Historic Algiers Point with turn-of-the-century homes dating from the 1840s. The home was bought, renovated, and sold for profit. Shortly after graduating from graduate school, Sean took a break from real estate investing to serve as a naval officer in the United States Navy. Sean served aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis as a Naval Officer during 911 and the war in Afghanistan, Operation Enduring Freedom. Sean has worked in Corporate America as a Signal Processing Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Corporation, and is now focusing his efforts on his true passion real estate investment. Sean brings honor, integrity, and a can-do attitude and work ethic to real estate investing sharpened from his continuing naval service as a reserve officer in the U.S. Navy along with his engineering experience from Corporate America.

Sean constantly searches for win-win situations, where the seller, Alpha Property Solutions, and the homebuyer can all be winners. Sean is not a Realtor, but a Private Real Estate Investor.
